Payment
Terms
All
procedures have a fee that is discussed
with patients prior to commencing
treatment. Payment is expected to
be made at the time of treatment.
In some circumstances payment will
be requested upfront, and prior
to the treatment. Cheryl reserves
the right to refuse to treat patients.
As
discussed in the consultation and
consenting stage of treatment, sometimes
results are not as expected, and
there are side effects associated
with treatments. Please note in
order to sign the consent forms
patients must understand fully what
they are undertaking. Cheryl may
refuse treatment if she feels the
patient needs time to consider and
understand the risks of treatment
more.
Cheryl prefers to accept card payments or bank transfer. All
credit and debit cards are accepted
at the clinic, with the exception
of American Express.
Refunds
are not available.
Cancellation
Terms
Cheryl
understands that life can be unpredictable.
Please make sure appointments made
are cancelled with at least 24 hours
notice. Patients who fail to attend
an appointment without notice will
be required to pay a non refundable
£50 deposit, if they would
like to reschedule their appointment.
The deposit will be taken over the
telephone to secure the booking.
This deposit will be deducted off
the final cost of treatment.
Accompanied
Patients
Patients
who bring someone with them will
not be able to bring that person
into the treatment room. Cheryl
does not provide waiting facilities.
Any accompanying guests will kindly
be asked to wait outside in their
car.
